Products damaged in shipment will be replaced, but you must call or email us before returning the damaged copy. Books with special inscriptions (other than just autographs) may only be returned if damaged during shipment. Please do not throw away the original shipping materials.
Other, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days from the date of your original receipt — provided they are in original, resalable condition — and we will credit your account for the full purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Refunds will be processed within one business day of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by PayPal, we will refund to the account you used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. If you paid by check, we will process a check refund to the address on your original order, provided your check has cleared our bank.
